Friday & Saturday Events

Will childcare be available?
No. Unfortunately, childcare will not be available for Friday and Saturday.

Will parking be available?
Yes. In addition to the paved parking to the north of the school, parking is also available on the south gravel field for Friday night and Saturday Open House. There will be portable lights set up on Friday night so that you can see your way back to your car.

Will I be able to register at the door the night of the event?
Yes. Cash or cheque only will be accepted. However, in order to avoid possible line-ups and congestion, early registration is strongly advised! See the registration section of the website to download the registration form. Be advised that entry will be by way of a wrist band, provided as part of your registration package.

Will I be able to purchase souvenirs at the event?
Souvenirs are currently available on a pre-order basis with your registration. Limited amounts will also be available on the Friday night and throughout the day on Saturday at the School. If there are souvenirs remaining following those events, we will move them to the Agrodome for sale on the Saturday evening.

The deadline to pre-order your souvenirs is March 31st to avoid disappointment.

Saturday Night Gala at the Agrodome

Is alcohol being served?
Yes. This is a licenced event. Beer and wine may be purchased. No hard liquor will be available. Attendees under the age of nineteen years will be restricted to specific areas in the Agrodome that do not permit alcohol.

Please click for detailed maps on the Agrodome Level Plan & Agrodome Seating Plan.

Will there be dancing?
Yes. There will be a large dance floor set over the concrete floor of the Agrodome. There will be four bands performing throughout the evening, highlighted by Dal Richards and his Orchestra. See the Events Schedule of this website for more details.

Is there a dress code?
It may be cool at the Agrodome, so dress in layers in clean, presentable clothes.

Is dinner being served?
No. There is no formal dinner planned. The Agrodome concession stands will be open for those looking for a light snack.

What are the seating arrangements? Can I reserve a table and sit with friends?

There is no reserved seating. Seating at the Agrodome is on a "first come, first served" basis. The Agrodome is an arena with concert-style seating throughout the stands for groups to gather if they wish. Rows of chairs for 500+ people will be set at the back of the dance floor that will provide for a centre view of the stage. There will be 30 stand-up tables on the floor area behind the floor seats and an area with tables will be set aside below the concourse level for people who want a quieter area to gather. This area does not allow for stage viewing.

Please click for detailed maps on the Agrodome Level Plan & Agrodome Seating Plan.

Is parking available?
Yes. There is ample parking at the Agrodome. Entry is off Renfrew Street at Pandora through Gate #2. An $8.00 per vehicle parking fee is applicable.

Is smoking allowed at the Agrodome?
No. This is a non-smoking venue.

Is the Agrodome handicapped accessible?
Yes. The entrance for individuals requiring level access is through the North ground level entrance to the facility.

What will be happening between doors at 6:00pm and the Official Opening Ceremonies at 7:00pm?
We will be showing a video commemorating the School's history. It will be projected on large screens either side of the main stage, and will be accompanied by a musical score. This hour will provide attendees an opportunity to orient themselves to the facility, visit with friends, and prepare themselves for the festivities to follow.
